At Eliteform, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following refund policy.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at eliteform.llc@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
3. Refund Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. For example:
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at eliteform.llc@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or sale items
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at eliteform.llc@gmail.com
8. Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.
